Auction: Canteen (Tuck Shop) & Parking Services — THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa (FY 2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa invites sealed bids/auction documents for outsourcing the following services for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit documents to the office of the Medical Superintendent during office hours (09:00 AM to 02:00 PM).

Contract period: Commences on signing of contract and expires on 2027-06-30.

Key eligibility & submission requirements: Original CNIC, tender receipt and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) are mandatory. Bidders must be Active Tax Payers (NTN/STN). Any bidder declared defaulter by Government/Semi-Government is ineligible. CDR of unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the spot; CDR of the highest bidder will be retained until contract maturity.

Payment & penalties: Contract amount payable quarterly. First quarter payment to be submitted within two weeks from issuance of award letter. In case of delay a penalty of 5% per day will be charged; non-payment may lead to immediate cancellation and forfeiture of warranty/earnest money.

Compliance & standards: Successful bidder must pay all applicable Government of Punjab taxes. All food and beverage items must comply with Punjab Food Authority standards. Contractor responsible for cleanliness and sanitation; a penalty of Rs. 2,000 will be imposed for each verified unhygienic complaint. Contractor must dispose of canteen waste at locations designated by hospital administration.

Staff & safety requirements: Contractor shall submit valid Police Verification and Medical Fitness Certificates for all canteen staff. Employees without required certificates will render the contractor liable to penalties and actions under applicable rules.

Other conditions: Hospital administration reserves the right to reject all offers before auction under applicable PPRA rules. In case of contract award/outsourcing, the contractor must vacate previous canteen/parking premises within 15 days when required; such actions shall not be challenged in any court of law.
