Excise Taxation & Narcotics Control Officer, Malakand (Batkhela) announces that multiple motor vehicles were detained by the Excise Police Station Swat road checking squad and are currently under inquiry. Registration books were examined and FSL chemical analysis was carried out; legal procedures under the Motor Vehicles Ordinance 1965 and the Motor Vehicle Registration and Disposal Rules 2015 have been completed.
Owners who can establish legal ownership must present themselves before the undersigned within 14 days; failing which the vehicles will be forfeited to the government.
