Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) invites applications for the position of Manager, Transformer Reclamation (Distribution) Workshop on contract basis for the Nowshera workshop (BPS-19).

Location	Nowshera
Tenure	Initially 1 year on contract; extendable up to 3 years subject to satisfactory performance or until age 65, whichever is earlier
Qualification	B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical) from an HEC-recognized university
Age / Eligibility	Maximum 62 years. Retired WAPDA / DISCO / NTDC employees with good service record are eligible.
Experience	Minimum four (04) years as Superintending Engineer / Manager in BPS-19 or above (CEs/GMs).
Key Responsibilities	Supervision of monthly repair progress for distribution transformers. Control and administration of the Transformer Reclamation (Distribution) Workshop. Ensure quality repair of distribution transformers of different capacities. Control/management of main store for the workshop and inspection of required materials. Manage billing/recoveries and expansion of business with corporate entities. Suggest improvements to PWF for repair quality and maintain client liaison. Experience in disposal of dismantled material.
