Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications for the position of Manager Digital & PR on a contract basis. Suitable, qualified and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply online.

Position	Manager Digital & PR (Contract)
Age Limit	45 years (Max.)
Minimum Qualification	Minimum 16 years of education: degree in Mass Communication / Communications / Journalism / Public Relations / Marketing / Media Studies / Advertising / Digital Media / Information Technology / Computer Sciences / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Applied Sciences, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Higher qualifications or professional certifications in digital marketing, PR, content strategy, or social media management are advantageous.
Experience & Skills	Minimum 4 years post-qualification relevant experience in digital communications, public/media relations or a related area with progressively increasing responsibility. Experience managing social media channels, digital content calendars and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Established contacts across Pakistan’s media and digital landscape (print, broadcast, digital publications, influencers, content creators). Experience in communications around events, launches, program activations, government initiatives or trade delegations. Experience in crisis communications, reputation management, country marketing and international PR is an added advantage.
