Auction Notice: Tuck Shop / Main Canteen, Cafeteria & Parking Services at THQ Lalamusa (FY 2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa invites sealed bids/attendance at auction for operation of tuck shop / main canteen & cafeteria and parking services for the financial year 2026-27. How to apply / submit: Submit bidding/auction documents in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa. Original CNIC, tender receipt and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) are mandatory. Bidders without CDR, tender receipt and original CNIC will not be allowed to participate.

Security / CDR: CDR will be returned to unsuccessful bidders on spot; CDR of the highest bidder will be retained by the procuring agency until contract maturity.

Eligibility & compliance: Bidders must be active taxpayers with NTN/STN. Any Govt./Semi-Govt declared defaulter is barred from participation. Successful bidders must pay all applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab.

Contract period & payments: Contract commences on signing and expires on 2027-06-30. Contractor must pay quoted amount on a quarterly basis. First quarter payment must be submitted within two weeks from issuance of award letter. In case of delay, a penalty of 5% per day will be charged; non-payment may lead to immediate cancellation of contract.

Operational obligations & penalties: Contractor responsible for cleanliness, sanitation and compliance with Punjab Food Authority standards. A penalty of Rs. 2,000 will be imposed for each verified unhygienic complaint. Contractor must dispose canteen waste at designated place and submit valid Police Verification and Medical Fitness Certificates for all canteen staff; employees without required certificates will render the contractor liable to penalties and actions.

Other conditions: Hospital administration reserves the right to reject any or all offers according to applicable rules (PPRA & Auction/Collection rules).
