Bank of Punjab invites applications for the position of Head Corporate & Board Affairs in the Corporate Affairs division (based in Lahore). Key responsibilities include coordinating with the Secretary and staff for timely submission of regulatory returns; processing payouts and reconciliation statements; ensuring compliance with regulators and shareholders; assisting the Secretary in fiduciary duties and keeping abreast of legal, statutory and regulatory changes; supporting Board and Committee processes including agenda compilation, meeting arrangements, recording and maintenance of minutes; and coordinating activities such as annual appraisal, succession planning, manpower planning and training of department staff.
