District Council Attock Tender Notice — 14 Road/Path Rehabilitation & Construction Works (Bid Deadline 2026-07-18)

Issuer: Office of the District Council Attock. Sealed bids are invited through E-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk/) from contractors registered on E-PADS for FY 2025-26 (MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026). Bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a single-stage, single-envelope basis. Bids must be accompanied by required bid security (CDR/Pay Order) and any additional performance security as specified.

Scope: A total of 14 packages for construction and rehabilitation of village/feeder roads, link roads, paths and small street works in District Attock (including Tehsils Jand, Fateh Jang and Pindigheb). Works include construction/rehabilitation of paths, graveyard approaches, link roads and village streets.

- Bid submission deadline (closing): 2026-07-18 by 02:00 PM PST via E-PADS.

- Bid opening: 2026-07-18 at 03:00 PM PST in the office of the District Council Attock (bidders or their authorized representatives may attend).

- Registration: Contractors must be registered on E-PADS for the relevant period (01-01-2026 to 30-06-2026) and with the District Attock as applicable.

- Bid security and performance security: Bid security must be submitted as specified in the tender documents (CDR/Pay Order). Additional performance security is required and noted in the bidding documents (ranges shown in notice). Incomplete, ambiguous or unfilled bids will not be entertained.
