DPE, Government of Balochistan issues a clarification for all registered contractors for collection of excise duty on mineral deliveries advertised on 07 July 2026 (PRQ No 358/23-07-2026). The advertisement covers excise-duty collection auctions for mineral deliveries in the Khuzdar and Hub areas.
Bidders are advised that Bolan Mining Enterprises, Gulf Minerals, a cement factory and D.I. Khan including its factory are not to be considered included in the auction scope, a detail not clear in the earlier advertisement. Interested contractors should take this exclusion into account when submitting bids; all other terms and conditions remain as previously published.
