National Highway Authority (NHA), Maintenance Region (M-3), Lahore invites e-Bids from eligible contractors (registered with Income Tax Department and on the FBR Active Taxpayers List) having valid PEC registration C-5 & above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10 for 12 routine maintenance contracts on Motorway M-3 (Lahore–Abdul Hakeem section).
Bidding method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bidding documents will be available for free download from the NHA e-bidding website from 2026-07-07. Prospective bidders should follow the website for updates and addenda. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online and reach the address below on or before 2026-07-17 by 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Firms must have valid EPADs (PPRA) registration as applicable and follow e-procurement rules.
