The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantt, gives public notice of the proposed transfer of inherited proprietary rights in property in Officers' Colony, Wah Cantt (Survey Nos. 2124–25) following the deaths of the registered share-holders and issuance of Succession Certificate No. 1298/2024. The share of Maimunah Zahida is recorded as deceased on 2024-07-02 and Javed Abdul Wahid on 2023-01-16.
Any person having objection must submit a written objection with supporting documents to the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantt within 15 days of this publication; otherwise the transfer will be processed as per rules.
