Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) seeks qualified candidates for contractual positions of Joint Director (HR) and Deputy Director (HR) in its Human Resource and Training Department in Islamabad. Required qualifications include a master's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline; professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, CIPD) are preferred. Experience requirements: Joint Director — minimum 10 years; Deputy Director — minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
