Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) announces a mechanism for issuance of Completion Certificates for properties in Sub-sectors G-14/2, G-14/3 and G-15/3, Islamabad. This notice informs all allottees and the public about transitional arrangements for property transfers and related charges.
Authorization to transfer properties without a Completion Certificate remains valid until 31-08-2026. No transfer will be allowed without obtaining a Completion Certificate after that date. Delay completion charges will be levied after 31-12-2026, or five years from plan approval, whichever is later.
