Issuer: Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC). PMDC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced tax consultancy firms to handle tax matters for a one-year period (extendable). Selection will follow Quality & Cost Based criteria under PPRA rules.

| Team | Professional team with at least 2 partners |
| Experience | Minimum 5 years as a corporate tax firm; preferably experience with government/semi-government/autonomous bodies (at least two government bodies, one semi-government body and two corporate/private limited bodies) |
| Turnover | Minimum annual turnover of PKR 10 million |
| Office location | Registered office in Islamabad |
Required submission documents (as stated):
- Legal status of the firm
- Engagement letter of partner(s) with firm
- Copies of valid registration certificates
- Comprehensive details of past five years' performance with supporting client references (as per stated government, semi-government and corporate clients)
- Relevant tax registration certificates
- Any other documents supporting eligibility criteria
Notes: Only firms submitting EOIs electronically via EPADs by the stated deadline will be considered. Shortlisted firms will receive a Request for Proposal (RFP) to submit technical and financial proposals.
