Issuer: Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA). This Final Public Notice concerns allottees of housing scheme Sector F-14/15 who were issued Consent Letters in 2016 and failed to deposit the prescribed down payment within the required period.
The following allottees are directed to deposit the requisite outstanding down payment and inform FGEHA within seven (07) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the consent letter without further notice.

Remarks: Consent Letters were issued in 2016 with a required down payment to be made within twenty-one (21) days of issuance. Despite more than eight (08) years elapsing, the allottees listed above have not complied. Several notices, reminders and an opportunity for personal hearing were provided without response.
Action required: Deposit outstanding amount and notify FGEHA within seven (07) days from publication of this notice, or the consent letter for the F-14/15 housing scheme will be cancelled.
