Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications (Finance Wing - Revenue Directorate). Tender No: SLAWS-2026-2029. NHA invites e-Bids for provision of technical support to upkeep static, mobile and SSWIM weigh stations on the NHA network for the period 2026–2029.
Eligibility & Key Requirements:
- Prospective bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.
- Bidders must hold a valid Operator license from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Procurement & Submission:
- Method of procurement: Single Stage – Two Envelopes Procedure.
- Bidding documents (detailed terms, submission requirements, bid security, validity, evaluation criteria) available at www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk from 2026-06-15.
- e-Bids must be received at the address below on or before 2026-07-02 at 11:00 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours.
