Banking Court No.7, Karachi announces a public auction in execution of Case No. 03 of 2023 (Execution No. 36 of 2024) involving Agricultural Development Bank Limited and defendant Jafar Hussain s/o Ghulam Hussain. The property for sale is Plot No. 571/16 (Sheet No. 17), area 120.00 sq. yards, Sector 19, Mansoor Nagar, Orangi Town, Karachi. Market value is Rs. 1,200,000 and forced sale value Rs. 1,020,000.
The sale will be held at Banking Court No.7, Block C-48, Pak Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi on 2026-09-15 at 01:00 PM. Bids are accepted on an “as is where is” basis. The highest bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount (pay order in favor of Banking Court Karachi) with a CNIC copy; cheques will not be accepted. The balance must be paid within 15 days of the sale. Sale is subject to court confirmation and the court reserves the right to cancel or reject any offer.
