WAPDA Jinnah Hydel Power Station — Invitation to E-Bid for Removal of Sludge/Silt & GI Sheet Work (Closing 2026-07-02)

Issuer: Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) — Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station, Kalabagh.

WAPDA invites electronic bids from firms/contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and registered with PEC in the relevant category for execution of the following work at Jinnah Hydel Power Station.

Key conditions and submission instructions:

• E-bidding documents, terms, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Submit electronic bids via EPADS on or before the closing date/time shown above. Bids will be opened on the same day in the Conference Room of the Office of the Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station, WAPDA Kalabagh, in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives.
• Single Stage One Envelope procedure will be followed.
• Each bidder must furnish a Bid Security (as CDR) in favor of R.E. JHP Station Kalabagh, Coll: A/c No. 158337100642 (IBAN: PK10UNIL0112158337100642). The name of the firm must be mentioned on the CDR.
• A copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the electronic bid; the original CDR and one copy of the bidding document must be submitted to the Resident Engineer's office on or before the bid closing date/time.
• Notification of the Grievance Redress Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules, 2004 is available on EPADS and PPRA website.
