Reference: Tender Notice IPL No.5441 published on 25.05.2026. This corrigendum (IPL-5826) updates clauses at serial No.06 and serial No.22. All other items, descriptions and terms and conditions of the original tender notice remain unchanged.

Serial	Correction
06	All intending contractors must upload the bid security / earnest money as mentioned against the work, preferably in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bid validity period shall be 90 days from the date of opening of the tender. The bid security shall be in favor of the Executive Engineer, Kasur Division DCC, Kasur and must be uploaded along with the item rates for each work on the EPADS website.
22	Payment shall be made based on actual work done and clearance by the ADP Consultants (i.e. M/s NESPAK-RHC (JV) Consultants) or any other agency so nominated at any time.
