Issuer: M/s Net Sat (Pvt) Ltd. This notice informs the public that M/s Net Sat (Pvt) Ltd and World Call (Pvt) Ltd had a contractual relationship permitting Net Sat to use and work on World Call's South Region fiber network and related works. M/s Net Sat (Pvt) Ltd states that, due to alleged illegal actions and breaches by World Call (Pvt) Ltd, Net Sat has initiated and is prosecuting arbitration proceedings against World Call (Pvt) Ltd.
M/s Net Sat (Pvt) Ltd has learned that, during the pendency of those arbitration proceedings, World Call (Pvt) Ltd has been or is entering into commercial contracts concerning the defined fiber/aerial and underground/buried network in the South Region, including enhancements and additions carried out by M/s Net Sat (Pvt) Ltd. Net Sat warns that any entity entering into contractual relationships with World Call (Pvt) Ltd in respect of that network or Net Sat's enhancements will be put on notice and will be entering into such contracts at their sole risk as to costs and consequences.
