Issuer: Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila. Sealed tenders are invited on CFR Karachi / FOR Taxila basis from suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for supply of the items listed below.
Tender submission: Sealed tenders addressed to CFO must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila by 14:00 hours on 2026-07-07. Tenders will be opened at 14:30 hours the same day in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
Bidding documents and purchase: Bidding documents, containing detailed terms & conditions, are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management. Documents can be purchased for Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) by CDR / Pay Order in favor of HMC.
HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award of the contract.
