Tender procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Delivery: FOR NRTC Haripur. Scanned copy of complete tender document to be uploaded on ePADS (PPRA); original sealed hard copy of the bidding document must be submitted to NRTC on the closing date and time. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on ePADS and original bid security must be provided with the technical bid. Price must state amounts inclusive and exclusive of taxes separately. Supplier must be an active taxpayer; otherwise the bid will be treated as cancelled.
Bid security: Rs. 50,000 in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur. Bid validity: 90 days. Warranty: Standard warranty as per tender document. NRTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders prior to acceptance.
Submission deadline: Bids must reach the office up to 2026-06-19 by 11:00 hours; bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day.
