The National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Sector H-9 Islamabad, invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 36A via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) from reputable GST-registered firms or federal/provincial government entities for the procurement and installation of an Access Control & Verification System with tripod turnstiles. Joint ventures are not allowed. E-bidding documents are available on EPADS (EPADS v2.0).
Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0. A bid security of Rs. 750,000 (Bank Draft/Pay Order) must be uploaded on EPADS and the original Bank Draft/Pay Order submitted physically with the sealed proposal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000 (Bank Draft/Pay Order) must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned. Submission deadline: 2026-08-04 at 11:00 Hrs; bids will be opened same day at 11:30 Hrs. Issued by the Director IT, NUML. NUML reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
