The Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU-IFRAP) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from consulting firms to provide communications, visibility and strategic amplification support for the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), Pakistan. This procurement is associated with Loan/Credit/Grant No.: DA-73320.
EOIs should demonstrate the firm’s qualifications and relevant experience. Key experts will not be evaluated at the EOI stage. Joint ventures and sub-consultancy arrangements are permitted, but the firm must clearly state the anticipated role of each partner; in the case of a joint venture, partners shall be jointly and severally liable.
