Key submission and eligibility information:
- Tender documents and applications must be submitted in original along with complete credentials as listed by the issuing office. Only firms with sufficient relevant experience will be issued tender documents and considered. Special conditions and experience criteria apply.
- Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with any Government Department in a court of law and that no Special Report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-In-C’s Branch, GHQ) is outstanding against them.
- All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.
- Contractors on the approved list of MES in categories 'A' and 'B', and having experience of this type of work, may apply. Contractors who desire may be present at the time of opening of tenders.
- The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per rules cited in the notice.

- Last date/time for receipt of tenders: 2026-09-21 at 11:30 Hrs (tenders received after this time will not be accepted).
- Bid opening: 2026-09-21 at 12:00 Hrs.
