Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Swabi, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for the Beautification / Uplifting of Swabi City under Annual Development Programme ADP No. 250727 (2026-27). Key submission & eligibility details:
- Sealed bids must reach TMA Swabi via registered courier before 02:00 PM on 2026-09-22. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Mandatory attachments include original Call Deposit as Earnest Money (2%) in favor of TMA Swabi from a scheduled bank, valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for 2025-26, and KPRA registration for 2025-26 (as applicable).
- Bidders must be registered/eligible under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa rules and supply all required documents; incomplete, conditional or telegraphic tenders will not be accepted. Bids without valid Call Deposit will be declared non-responsive.
