In addition, one copy of the application with attested documents must be addressed to the Secretary Law, Government of the Punjab, and one copy to the Secretary, Local Government & Community Development Department, Punjab. |
| Other Requirements / Conditions | Bar Council registration is mandatory. Local Government Policy dated 03-07-2003 and Punjab Local Government Legal Advisor Rules 2003 shall apply. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. The Legal Advisor must comply with directions issued by the Government of the Punjab and submit a monthly case progress report to the Chief Officer. |
