Issuer: Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO). QESCO invites applications for the post of Chief Internal Auditor on a contract basis to lead all internal audit activities of the company.

Position	Chief Internal Auditor (C-Level, QECS-C Level / QEPS-1 package)
Vacancies	1 (male/female candidates from across Pakistan eligible)
Location	QESCO Headquarters, Zarghoon Road, Quetta Cantt
Contract & Term	Initial appointment for two years, extendable annually on performance (extension up to a stated maximum period)
Qualifications & Eligibility	Member of a recognized professional accounting body; or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE); or Certified Internal Control Auditor with at least 10 years relevant audit experience in the energy & power sector; OR Master’s degree (16 years) in Audit, Accounting, Finance or equivalent from a Higher Education Commission-recognized university plus at least 15 years of relevant audit experience. Experience must be post-qualification. Candidates must meet Fit & Proper criteria as per applicable Act/Policy. Upper age limit: 55 years.
Key Skills & Abilities	Experience in large-scale internal audits of multi-dimensional public/private organizations. Strong knowledge of finance, audit, accounting systems and corporate finance. Excellent analytical, financial, written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and audit-related software.
Principal Duties	Develop and implement internal audit strategy, plans and methodologies aligned with organizational objectives. Plan, conduct and report internal audits; evaluate internal controls and risk management. Review financial, operational and accounting controls and recommend improvements. Prepare audit programs and reports; monitor implementation of audit recommendations. Provide training, coaching and guidance to audit staff; liaise with Audit Committee/Board.
