Punjab Women Protection Authority (PWPA), Lahore invites sealed bids from registered Companies/Firms/Suppliers/Dealers (registered with relevant Registration Authorities, Tax Departments and not blacklisted by PPRA) for the supply of IT equipment, furniture & fixtures and plant & machinery. Interested firms must be registered on the E-PROCUREMENT / E-PAD (new) system of the Government of Punjab (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/) and follow PPRA rules. Full bidding documents and instructions are available on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement portals.
Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Proposals must be submitted as separate TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL. ORIGINAL bid security @ 2% of the estimated tender price (total estimated cost Rs. 41.5 million) shall be submitted through the E-Procurement System before opening of the tender; a scanned copy of the bid security must also be uploaded. Technical proposals will be opened online as per the schedule; financial proposals will be processed per PPRA rules. Only bids submitted via the e-Procurement portal will be considered.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on the e-Procurement portal by 2026-10-05 (Monday) until 11:00 AM. Bids will be uploaded/opened by the PWPA Procurement Committee on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of participating firms' representatives who choose to attend.
