Tender Notice — Stationery, Janitorial & Miscellaneous Services for Directorate Intelligence & Investigation (Inland Revenue), Hyderabad (FY 2026-27)

The Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation (Inland Revenue), Hyderabad invites electronic bids through EPADS from reputable firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax for supply and services required for the financial year 2026-27.

How to apply: Electronic bidding documents are available on EPADS. Applications must be submitted electronically only via EPADS; manual submission is not allowed. Link: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-09-21 at 02:00 PM (will be opened same day at 02:30 PM).

Bid opening venue: Committee Room, 1st Floor, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation (Inland Revenue), Bungalow No.184, Civil Lines, Tariq Road, Hyderabad.

Earnest money: Bidders must furnish earnest money in the shape of a pay order equivalent to 3% of the estimated total bid value (Gross Total) in favor of Directorate Intelligence & Investigation (Inland Revenue), Hyderabad.

Required documents: Copies of NTN certificate, Sales Tax Registration Certificate and CNIC of the proprietor (where applicable) must be enclosed with the bid.

Price and taxes: Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes/duties (inclusive of GST). Rates quoted shall be valid and inclusive of GST and all taxes and shall be valid up to 2027-06-30. Procuring agency may extend contract period beyond 2027-06-30 until finalization of next tender.

Other terms: Incomplete tenders will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals in accordance with PPRA rules (including Rule 33).
