Quaid-e-Awam University (QUEST) 16th Academic Convocation – 21 November 2026 (Nawabshah)

Issuer: Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah. Purpose: Announcement and instructions for candidates eligible to attend the 16th Academic Convocation to receive degrees, medals and certificates.

Convocation date and venue: 21 November 2026 at the University Campus, QUEST Nawabshah. Rehearsal: one day before the convocation (20 November 2026) from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Multipurpose Hall; attendance at rehearsal is compulsory to receive Admit/Invitation Cards.

Eligible awards (candidates who passed examinations of QUEST Nawabshah, QUEST Campus Larkano (Old) and affiliated colleges):

Medals & certificates: Gold / Silver Medals and Merit Certificates will be conferred upon faculty toppers, best graduates and position holders (as noted above – batch restrictions apply).

Application and submission:

• Obtain and complete the prescribed convocation application form from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, QUEST or from the university website (www.quest.edu.pk).
• Submit the completed form with required documents and a Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of the Controller of Examinations for the amount specified on the form.
• Submission location: Office of the Controller of Examinations, QUEST Nawabshah.
• Deadline for submission: 2026-11-10. (Applications received after this date will not be accepted.)

Special cases and fees:

• Candidates who already received their degrees "in absentia" but now wish to receive Gold/Silver Medals or Merit Certificates / folders in person must also apply on the prescribed form and submit a Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 5,000 in favour of the Controller of Examinations.
• Academic robes: Gowns and hoods can be obtained from M/s Rizvi Tailors, Camp Office QUEST Nawabshah, on payment of Rs. 3,300 (includes a refundable security; Rs. 2,500 refundable on safe return of gown and hood on the same day of convocation).
• Guests: Only two invitees per graduand will be allowed. Candidates who wish to bring close relative(s) must deposit Rs. 3,000 per person (to be deposited with convocation degree fees) as per the notice.

Important instructions:

• Recipients must wear the prescribed academic robes; those without robes will not be admitted to the convocation procession.
• Admit/Invitation Cards will be issued only after attendance at the rehearsal and completion of required formalities with the Examination Department.
