Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways — Public Private Partnership (Tender for exclusive selling rights at Pakistan Railway Network).
Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for grant of exclusive selling rights under PPP for specified product categories.
Eligibility & Submission Requirements:
- Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
- Bids must be submitted as sealed packages containing a Technical Bid and Financial Bid. A separate Bid Processing Fee must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR in favour of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.
- Bidding procedure: Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 (amended).
- Incomplete, conditional bids or bids without specified bid security will be rejected. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without incurring liability.
