Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for hiring/outsourcing the GIK cafeteria on a rental basis at GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi. Eligible bidders must have a minimum of five years' experience operating cafeterias/canteens or food service facilities at large educational institutions, be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax (GST), the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
Bid documents are available at www.giki.edu.pk or from GIK Admin Block, Room F-09. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and refundable earnest money of Rs. 100,000 must accompany sealed bids submitted by 15:00 on 2026-08-03; proposals will be opened at 15:30 the same day. Site visits are permitted on 2026-07-22 and 2026-07-23 (09:00–17:00).
