NESPAK Invitation for Bids: Geotechnical Investigations for ML-1 (Karachi–Rohri) Package-3

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites electronic bids (ePADS 2.0, technical and financial) for geotechnical investigations required for the detailed engineering design for upgradation of Main Line-1 (ML-1) of Pakistan Railways, Karachi to Rohri (480 km) — Package-3 (Sections 1–5).

Eligible drilling contractors/companies must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR/Provincial Revenue Authority, and hold valid PEC registration in the relevant category. Bidders shall submit complete information as required by the bidding documents.

Bidding documents, bid invitation letter, BOQs and qualification criteria can be downloaded from NESPAK and PPRA websites or accessed through ePADS. Each section requires a separate bid security in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of M/s NESPAK. Bids must be submitted through ePADS.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted through ePADS on or before 2016-09-16 up to 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Financial bids will be opened later after evaluation of technical bids; date/time/venue will be communicated to technically responsive bidders. NESPAK reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of PPRA.
