Al Mustafa Welfare Trust (AMWT) invites sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) from established, creative, and experienced event management companies/agencies to conceptualize, plan, manage, and execute a fundraising event in Islamabad.
Scope of services: End-to-end event planning, coordination and execution including venue selection, stage design, branding, thematic setup, AV/lighting setup, PR and marketing strategy, media coverage, guest management, and support for corporate outreach and donor engagement during the event.
Eligibility: Firms must possess proven expertise in handling large-scale corporate and NGO events, demonstrate minimum team strength and financial capability.
