The Project Director, SUIT Master Plan (District Dera Bugti) invites electronic proposals through the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) for selection of a consulting firm (national/international or JV) for detailed design and construction supervision of the Master Plan implementation for Sui Town, District Dera Bugti under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.

Eligibility & requirements:
- Firms must be registered with FBR (Income Tax) and BRA and listed on the Active Taxpayers List.
- Registration with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm is required.
- Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
- Assignments of similar nature and complexity and a turnover of at least PKR 100,000,000 (as stated) are required.
Procurement procedure and submission:
- Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.
- Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding procedure.
- Only electronic bids will be accepted; no hard copies are required.
- Financial proposals of technically responsive firms will be opened after technical evaluation.
