The Bank of Punjab Open Auction — Bank-Owned Properties in Sialkot & Faisalabad (Sep 14-15, 2026)

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (NBA Committee). Open public auction of bank-owned properties offered on an "AS IS WHERE IS BASIS". Interested parties must submit prescribed earnest money and documents as noted below. Auctions to be held on site as per schedule.

How to Apply / Bid:

- Interested bidders must submit a Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR/Banker's Cheque of PKR 500,000 in favour of The Bank of Punjab, along with a copy of CNIC and a mobile number.

- The payment instrument should bear on its reverse: "Property Sr. # & its Address" and must be submitted on the date of auction before the scheduled time at the auction site.

- Bidding will start as per the above schedule. Successful bids will be provisionally accepted on the spot. The successful bidder is liable for applicable federal/provincial taxes and transfer expenses.

Important Conditions:

• Advance tax under Section 236A of ITO 2001 applies (5% for filers; 10% for non-filers).
• Bank Draft/Pay Order/Cheque of unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the same day.
• On issuance of final acceptance, 25% of the accepted bid must be paid within 7 days and the balance within 30 days; failure may result in forfeiture and cancellation.
• After full payment and taxes, the Bank will transfer the property in the name of the successful bidder, who is responsible for completing transfer formalities within 30 days.
• Other terms and conditions, if any, will be announced before commencement of open bidding.
