Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed competitive bids for disposal/sale of approximately 20,800 metric tons of sealed wheat stock stored in rice mills, grain merchants' warehouses and private godowns in District Usta Muhammad on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis.

| Inspection | Bidders may inspect sealed wheat stock at the respective locations in District Usta Muhammad during office hours before submission of bids. No claims regarding quality, moisture or quantity will be entertained after submission. |
| Weighment & Delivery | Wheat will be released on 100% actual weighment. Payment based on actual weight at time of delivery. Delivery supervised by authorized Release Committee in presence of representatives of the successful bidder. Loading, transportation and incidental expenses borne by purchaser. |
| Payment Terms | Successful bidder to make payment on spot to the owner before lifting of wheat stock. |
| Right of Acceptance | Bid Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason, in accordance with applicable procurement laws and government policy. |
| Submission & Opening of Bids | Bids to be submitted on 2026-09-03 at 09:00 AM; bids will be opened on the same date. |
