The Balochistan Aviation Company, Quetta invites applications from qualified, experienced and motivated aviation professionals for the following contract-based positions. Applications must reach the office within 15 days of publication.

Position	Key Qualifications & Experience	No. of Posts
Helicopter Pilot (Mi-17 type)	Valid PCAA helicopter license with Mi-17/Mi-171 type endorsement. Minimum total flying hours and required command hours on Mi-17 as specified by employer (applicant must hold required hours). Valid PCAA Class-1 medical certificate.	01
Captain (C206B / Fixed-wing)	Valid PCAA CPL (A) with type-rating endorsement on C206B (or relevant type). Minimum flight experience as required (minimum hours specified in advertisement). Valid PCAA medical and regulatory compliance.	01
Flight Surgeon	MBBS (or equivalent) with registration from the relevant medical authority. Relevant training or experience in aviation/aircraft medicine preferred (aeromedical experience desirable).	01
Quality Assurance Manager	Relevant degree/qualification in quality management, engineering or related field. Proven experience in aviation quality, safety and compliance (sector experience preferred).	01
Accounts Associate	Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. Relevant experience in accounts, budgeting and financial reporting.	01

Application & selection details: Applications must be submitted with attested copies of CNIC, domicile, educational/experience certificates, PCAA licenses/medical certificates (where applicable) and recent passport-size photograph. Selection will be based on qualifications and merit. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. The employer reserves the right to amend or cancel the recruitment process.
