Issuer: Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). PTA invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laptops and desktops under EPADS v2.0.
Procurement method: Single Stage-One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bids must include a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Manual/physical submissions will not be accepted.
