The Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed bids for disposal/sale of approximately 20,800 metric tons of sealed wheat stock presently lying in rice mills, grain merchants' warehouses and private godowns in District Usta Muhammad. Sale will be on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis through competitive sealed bidding under the terms and conditions below.

| Inspection | Interested bidders may inspect the sealed wheat stock at the respective locations in District Usta Muhammad during office hours before submission of bids. No claim regarding quality, moisture or quantity will be entertained after submission of bids. |
| Bid Security | Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 20.00 million in the shape of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft in favour of the Director General, Commodity Management, Balochistan. |
| Reserve Price | Benchmark reserve price Rs. 3,500 per 40 kg (by Federal Government) |
| Weight & Delivery | Wheat shall be released on 100% actual weighment. Payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight determined at the time of delivery. Delivery, loading, transportation and all incidental expenses shall be borne by the purchaser and supervised by the authorized release committee in presence of representatives of the successful bidder. |
| Payment Terms | The successful bidder shall make payment on spot to the seller/office before lifting of wheat stock. |
| Submission & Opening of Bids | Bids shall be submitted and will be opened on 2026-09-03 at 09:00 AM. |
