Eligibility and conditions: Procurement under Baluchistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required. Minimum turnover: at least 2,800,000,000 PKR in the three immediately previous years. Experience: bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature. JV: maximum 2 partners; each must hold at least 30% share and meet eligibility criteria in proportion to their JV share. Bid Security: 2% of estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.
