The Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed bids for disposal/sale of approximately 20,800 metric tons of sealed wheat stock held in rice mills, grain merchants' warehouses and private godowns in District Usta Muhammad. Bids will be received and opened as per the terms and conditions below.

| Inspection | Interested bidders may inspect the sealed wheat stock at the respective locations in District Usta Muhammad during office hours before submission of bids. No claim regarding quality, moisture or quantity shall be entertained after submission of bids. |
| Bid security | Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 20.00 million in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft in favour of the Director General, Commodity Management, Balochistan. |
| Reserve price | Benchmark reserve price: Rs. 3500 / 40 Kg (as per Federal Government) |
| Weighment & delivery | Wheat will be released based on 100% actual weighing. Payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight determined at the time of delivery. Delivery to be supervised by the authorized committee in presence of purchaser representatives; buyer bears loading, transportation and incidental expenses. |
| Payment terms | Successful bidder to make payment on spot as per terms specified by the department. |
| Right of acceptance | Bid Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason, in accordance with applicable procurement rules and government policy. |
| Submission & opening of bids | Bids to be submitted and will be opened on 2026-09-03 at 09:00 AM (same date). |
