Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi-I, Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids (Single Stage Single Envelope E-PADS System) from eligible firms/contractors for multiple works under the Swabi Area Development Project (Block provision for projects to be funded from 10% Net Hydel Profit) ADP PK-49.
Key instructions: Bid solicitation documents and instructions may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi-I or downloaded from the C&W website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) and KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS system. Complete bid security (call deposit/ CDR) in the name of the specified bank, with CDR number and date, must be submitted electronically with the E-bid. Bidders must be registered with KPRA under the Finance Act, 2013 and hold valid PEC registration/active status where required. Originals of technical documents may be required before opening as per tender instructions.
