The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites proposals for hiring an independent transaction advisor firm to carry out legal, financial and technical evaluation of the revised proposal submitted by M/s Urban Enclave regarding amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town and Urban Enclave.
Proposals must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) with an accompanying bid security (Pay Order, Call Deposit or Demand Draft). The RFP must be submitted on or before 28 July 2026, 12:00 PM; proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
