Key requirements: Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation; at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar cricketing role with elite cricketers, national, franchise, or international teams; strong understanding of fielding techniques, game analysis, and player development; proven experience monitoring and evaluating systems and processes used at the international level for modern fielding techniques; demonstrated success coaching athletes to international standards; strong planning, organising, execution, management and analytical/problem-solving skills; computer literacy (Microsoft Office); experience with coaching software is an added qualification.
