Issuer: The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd (Information Technology Division), Head Office, Bank Square, The Mall, Lahore.
Procurement: The Bank intends to purchase ATM and cash handling equipment as follows:

Eligibility & requirements: Sealed bids are invited from well reputed authorized companies/agents/distributors/suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments with relevant experience. Bid documents must include a client list and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation.
Tender documents & fee: Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.1,000 (non-refundable) or downloaded from the Bank website (www.ppcbl.com.pk). Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted. Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost.
Submission & opening: Tender documents can be obtained from the date of advertisement. Bids must be submitted by 2026-06-25 at 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in front of bidders or their representatives. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders or to increase/decrease quantities.
