Punjab Highways Dept Tender: Special Repair of Metalled Road, Khanewal (Est. Rs. 64.159M) – Bids Due 2026-09-07

Punjab Highways Department (Executive Engineer, Highways Division Khanewal) invites e-tenders from PEC-registered engineering firms/contractors for the special repair of a metalled road in Tehsil Mian Channu, District Khanewal. Participation through the Punjab E-Procurement System is mandatory.

Key submission requirements: contractors must hold valid renewed PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27 and be registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal. Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be paid online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (Link with Bank of Punjab) in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Khanewal. Physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted. The successful (lowest evaluated) bidder must submit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of the letter of acceptance (in the form of CDR, bank draft, cashier cheque, pay order or bank guarantee valid for 3 months beyond completion).

Bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-procurement system. Quotations should be firm and inclusive of all taxes, duties, freight and other charges. Any false information or forged documents will lead to rejection and disciplinary action. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA rules.
