Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA), under the Pakistan Literacy Project (PLP) in partnership with Room to Read, invites proposals from qualified data collection and research agencies to undertake the She Creates Change (SCC) Pilot Evaluation 2026 in Punjab and Sindh. The assignment covers quantitative and qualitative field implementation including field planning, enumerator training, digital data collection, quality assurance, transcription, translation, and submission of complete datasets and fieldwork outputs.
