Eligibility requirements: Presence on Active Taxpayer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required; bidder must have completed three assignments of similar nature; turnover and financial capacity requirements as stated in the bid documents; three similar assignments must total 70% of the bid cost completed in the last three years. Upload duly paid challan for tender fee.

Bid validity period: 90 days. Issuance of tender documents: From date of publication, during office hours of any working day.
