Issuer: Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) invites applications for the position of Unit Head – Islamic Banking Operations (AVP/VP-I/VP). This is a single position based at ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad.

Key responsibilities include overseeing opening, relocation and closure of Islamic banking branches and windows; ensuring full alignment with Bank and SBP policies; reviewing and addressing observations from Compliance, Shariah Compliance and Audit; providing technical and operational leadership to Regional and Branch Management; acting as the primary liaison between the Islamic Banking Group and other departments; facilitating and monitoring end-to-end processing of Islamic financing facilities with strict adherence to Shariah-compliant structures and credit risk manuals; collaborating with Regional Operations Managers to resolve operational and branch-level issues; integrating digital solutions and automation into operations; and contributing to staff training and development. Other duties as assigned by management.
